Frequently asked questions
Can anyone get a copy of another company's records?
Yes, RJSC records are public — except the profit & loss account, which is issued only to the company's authorised person.
Why does the bank want a fresh Schedule X?
To confirm current shareholders and directors. File any pending changes (Form XII, share transfer) first, otherwise the copy will show the old position.
