Frequently asked questions
Is BIDA registration mandatory for a local company?
Not for every business, but it is needed for many BIDA services (work permits, visa recommendations, some incentives and imports), so most industrial projects register.
Do EPZ companies register with BIDA?
No — companies inside BEPZA, BEZA economic zones or hi-tech parks use their own authority's one-stop service.
